    The moment we clock off work, the joy we've been holding back all year finally hits the "release" button! Saying goodbye to reports and meetings, shedding our suits and heels, a group of comrades-in-arms heads in a grand rush toward the little bar tucked around the corner — this is our company's "pre-vacation celebration ritual," with no deadlines from clients or bosses, only drinks, food, and endless heart-to-heart conversations.

    Pushing open the door, the warm yellow light and the scent of alcohol greet us. Wooden tables and chairs are arranged in a charmingly uneven way. Vintage posters on the walls collide perfectly with the soft music in the air. As soon as we sit down, chilled beer with fizzy bubbles is served with a "plop," skewers sizzle with oil, red, glossy ham tempts, and the aroma of platters is irresistible... Our taste buds instantly awaken, and the weariness quietly fades in the lively atmosphere.

    "Cheers to our teamwork this year!" Someone raises their glass first, and the crisp clinks follow one after another. Even the usually strict leaders let down their guard, joking and clinking glasses with the younger colleagues.

    The glasses empty and refill, topics change endlessly, until the lights in the bar dim and everyone reluctantly stands to leave. Walking along the nighttime streets, the evening breeze carries a hint of warmth. Some hum songs with linked arms, some remind each other to stay safe over the holidays, and some promise to strive together again next year. At this moment, there’s no distance between superior and subordinate, no barriers between departments, just the purest friendship flowing in the night.

    This little bar celebration is a reward for a busy year and a gentle farewell to each other. We release stress over toasts, strengthen bonds through laughter, and the nights we stayed up together, the challenges we overcame, and the joys we shared all turn into the lingering sweetness of the drinks, etched deep into our memories.
